The living, dining, kitchen area is open plan so you don't miss out while making a meal.

There are two comfortable sofas and a lovely log-burner - great after a winter’s walk or for a romantic night in. The dining table comfortably seats four. There is a flat screen TV, DVD and iPod/CD player with a selection of DVDs and CD’s as well as books. The toy-box includes a selection of indoor and outdoor toys for children and adults of all ages! French doors open onto the garden.

The well equipped kitchen includes a microwave, washer/dryer, fridge with freezer box, dishwasher, oven, hob and a selection of cookbooks.

There is also a downstairs cloakroom.

The sunny, pretty garden has a BBQ, bench, and a dining table and chairs for outside dining. There is a view towards the beautiful Somerford Lagoon. Two unfenced streams run through the garden and if you are patient ducks, moorhens and egrets will visit looking for something to eat.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a King size bed and one with Twin beds. Both bedrooms have en-suites. There is a power shower in the double bedroom en-suite and a bath with shower mixer in the twin bedroom en-suite. Both bedrooms have a flat screen TV plus the Twin also has a DVD player.

Sorry no pets or smoking in the cottage.
