SELF CATERING COTSWOLD COTTAGE

We had a lovely stay thanks. Very welcoming cottage and looked very tidy with recent tasteful renovations. All in order. Everything good on the estate (restaurant is a good addition and we managed to explore further this time having taken the bikes) and at the beach. Will definitely be returning again and have already recommended Fairhazel to work colleagues. I would also add in more detail that we used the outdoor pool every day it is a great facility even on a dubious weather day! We find that Lower Mill offers such a lot, great location for the Country Park, plenty of safe cycling opportunities for all the family, lots of nature, places to explore etc.

We absolutely loved it - cottage was gorgeous we all loved the location it couldn't have been more perfect - children had a ball & Lower Mill Estate just so lovely & managed a quick swim as the children were taken with riding bikes around the whole weekend.

We had a superb time and found your cottage to be very comfortable. Kids loved the heated pool! And the scrumptious chocolate cake was a lovely surprise :)

We had a fabulous week at the cottage with our two boys (age 10 & 8). Its a very secure a lovely setting and the boys loved playing tennis and the heated outdoor pool. We were the family in the pool every morning at 8am then back in after lunch until turned to prunes. Really lucky with the weather it was a scorcher down south. Cottage is clean and tidy with everything you need for family (or non family) holiday and lovely welcoming cake (which didn't last long). Must recommend AV8 restaurant at Cotswold Airport big hit with my boys (including husband). Lovely for lazy breakfast or lunch and you are sitting out watching all the test planes right next to you table. The Boathouse Pub is also lovely for meals. Just a nice quiet holiday in a friendly estate with lovely places to see and eat all round. The little shop on site is also soo handy for anything you need. We will be back for another years holiday.

I would like to say what you have at Lower Mill is something very special.
Jill & I have a great deal of interest in environmental issues at home and have appreciated what is trying to be achieved. It is interesting that most of the English hedgerows are composed of wild flowers that we consider weeds in Australia. The expense we have to just to try and control blackberry on our own property is considerable but Jill did enjoy sampling them on our walks.
We have been to some wonderful gardens especially West Dean gardens which is very special to me as head & assistant head are special friends.
Fairhazel has rated number 1 in all you offer. Will recommend highly to all our friends.

Perfect weather for walking, eating in the garden, and chilling by the pool - in fact, most of the time is was our own private pool! Fairhazel cottage was lovely - very roomy which makes a nice change from most holiday cottages. And you have made it look so beautiful and comfortable too. Our daughter was very impressed as well.
We feel as though we'd had a whole week away, not just 4 nights, such was the relaxed state that we were in by the end. We followed your advice and spent a morning exploring Cirencester, which was really worthwhile.
We shall return to Fairhazel cottage again sometime. A real gem.
